Do I need to subscribe to place an order?
Nope! We offer one-time purchases of 12 or 24-packs.

How much caffeine is in Original Blend?
Each can of Original Blend contains around 200 mg of caffeine.

How much caffeine is in Afternoon Blend?
Each can of Afternoon Blend contains around 100 mg of caffeine.

Does less caffeine mean less flavor?
No! We use a mixture of decaf and full caffeine beans to create our Afternoon Blend. The decaf beans are decaffeinated using Swiss Water Process, and were selected precisely for their ability to maintain bold flavors while bringing down the caffeine content.

Are your beans fair trade and organic?
Yes, all of our beans are both fair trade and organic.

Where are your beans from?
We source our beans from farms in Mexico, Central America, and Africa. All of our beans are fair trade and organic.

Is there any added sugar or flavoring in Canary?
Nope! The only ingredients are organic coffee and water.

Do I need to keep all of my cans refrigerated?
No, you can store our cold brew at room temperature until you’re ready to drink. For the best tasting experience, we do recommend refrigerating before drinking.

How long does the cold brew stay fresh?
We use state of the art brewing technology to ensure that the quality and flavor are stable for up to a year. You have plenty of time to drink yours, but check the bottom of each can for a "Best by" date if you have any concerns.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. We offer guest checkouts, but we recommend creating an account when you checkout so that you can manage your subscription and orders. If you opt for a guest checkout, you’ll still be able to create an account later on, and your order information will automatically appear if you use the same email address that you ordered with.

Can I skip my next delivery?
Yes. On your account page, click Manage Subscriptions, and then Edit your subscription. To skip a delivery, click “Change next charge date” and select when you would like the next charge date to be (your order will ship a few days later).

How often can I make changes to my subscription?
You can make changes to your order contents, delivery frequency, address information and more for each delivery.

How do I make changes to my subscription?
Log in here to manage your subscription. If there’s anything you’d like to change that’s not possible on the website, just send us an email at hello@canarycoldbrew.com and we’ll make the change for you.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time on your account page.

Can I order a mix other than 50/50?
We're currently only offering All Original, All Afternoon, or a 50/50 mix, but it's possible that we'll add more customization options in the future.

Can I order more than 24 cans at a time?
Yes, you can adjust your quantity of 12 or 24 packs on the cart page before checkout. Email us at hello@canarycoldbrew.com for assistance with larger orders.

I made a mistake in my shipping address — is it too late to change it?
Please send an email to hello@canarycoldbrew.com and we'll change it for you if your order hasn't shipped yet.

My order was lost in the mail. What should I do?
Email hello@canarycoldbrew.com and we'll help track it down!

What do I do if my cans are damaged?
We do our best to make sure every can arrives in great shape, but it's possible that some cans will be damaged in transit. If you have any concerns about the freshness of the cold brew, please email hello@canarycoldbrew.com.

What do I do if my cans opened in transit?
Please dispose of any open cans and contact hello@canarycoldbrew.com so we can help with replacements!

Can I return it if I don't like it?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please email hello@canarycoldbrew to report any issues with your order.
